What exactly is Selfie Town?

A collection of 10 regularly refreshed interactive and colourful quirky pop-up sets ready for you to get creative with.

What happens when I’m inside?

You and your friends and/or family have a whole hour to snap and record as you please, using the 10 different set-ups in no particularly order. We don’t have too many rules – as long as it’s appropriate and you respect the scenery – you pick and choose your own route plan and pose within your time.

I’ve bought a ticket and can no longer come. Can I get a refund?

All ticket sales are non-refundable – however, if you provide more than 24 hours notice – we will happily change your slot for you to a different time.

How much time do we get to go around all the sets?

You’ll have a full hour to take advantage of all the sets. Drinks and snacks are also available to order before, throughout and after your session in order to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.

What are the opening times?

We’re open 7 days a week, from 12noon to 7pm.

We can be found on the World famous Blackpool Promenade, next door to Blackpool Tower and within the Viva Vegas Entertainment complex – check us out in the the Viva Vegas Diner & Bar.

Our post code is FY14QU – and the nearest car park is West Street car park in the Town Centre.

Do you need to book in advance?

We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your slot, as we only have limited spaces per hour, per day. This is particularly important if you are a group of 5 people or more.

We do accept walk-ups on the day, but you may have to wait until the next slot commences. You can enjoy a drink in the diner whilst you wait.

Do you have a photographer to take photos for you?

We can book in a photographer if you wish to have some pro-shots done, OR if you ask nicely, and they aren’t busy-  one of our team members will be happy to take some shots for you in.

We welcome all ages, but if you’re under 14 you must be accompanied by a paying adult. If you’re under 16 an adult must sign you in.

I’m a parent or guardian. Do I need a ticket?

Everyone coming into the Selfie Town area needs to have a paying ticket.

If your child is under 16, but over 14 – you must sign them in – but you don’t need to stay unless you want to join in the fun (in which case you’ll need a ticket!). All responsibility for all under 16s remains with the parents or guardians.

Can I bring a pet?

We love pets, but we can only accept them on certain session times. Special ‘pet sessions’ will be setup and bookable (and yes – your pet will need a ticket!)

Can I bring a change of clothes?

Yes – we have a small changing area, but please limit the items you bring. We cannot take responsibility for any bags or items which are unattended whilst you are in the Selfie Town area.

Can we have a party at Selfie Town?

Yes! We can accommodate up to 16 people for private party bookings and we have dining and drinks options for you too which you can enjoy whilst you’re in Selfie Town.

Are you available for other private hire bookings?

Absolutely. If you’re filming in Blackpool, or want to have a small corporate event for a brand or business – then Selfie Town is the perfect place to shoot some fantastic footage.

When you private hire our space, you take over it! Use the space as you wish for you and your guests – with no risk of the odd photo bomb!

Our backdrops are also brilliant for shooting video footage – including music vids, and spoken word. We can ensure the music is turned up or down in the Selfie Town area to your requirements.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

The venue is wheelchair accessible with a dedicated accessible entrance. We’ve made the areas as accessible as we can and wheelchairs users should be able to access the majority of the sets.

How early should I arrive?

You can arrive as early as you like, and take a seat in the diner (subject to availability). Let a member of our team know you’ve arrived and we’ll welcome you inside when it’s time for the fun to begin!

Can I store my belongings anywhere?

We’re sorry, but at this moment in time we cannot offer storage facilities for any belongings.

I’m an influencer, any chance of a free ticket?
